  • Assessing and treating patients with benign breast disease, breast cancer and other related disorders
  • Collaborating with radiologists, surgeons, oncologists and other specialists to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Delivering direct clinical care throughout the patient journey, from pre-surgery through to recovery
  • Maintaining close communication with patients and families to ensure their needs are met

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Active registration with the NMBI's general division of the Register of Nurses
  • Significant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably in oncology or surgery
  • A Master's degree in oncology nursing/breast care or gynaecology, or a commitment to pursuing one within a year of starting
  • Current certification in ACLS
