Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the launch of the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) in 2025, working closely with global AWS teams to influence the evolution of AWS services and technology.
  • Collaborate with technology leaders to enhance day-to-day operations, ensuring improvements in availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency of the ESC.
  • Resolve less time-sensitive issues for software systems in your team's care, always looking for ways to improve your team's services, procedures, documentation, and tools.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents occurring out-of-hours.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Successful applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
  • AWS provides relocation support for successful applicants relocating within the European Union.
