Warehouse Operative Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to fill the role of Warehouse Operative. This position involves various tasks such as receiving, storing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goods receiving, put away, picking, packing, returns processing and stock counting
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular cycle counts
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehousing environment, preferably in a pick and pack setting
  • Experience with using RDT's and WMS systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

About this Role:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 15.00pm-23.30pm, with flexibility needed outside of these hours
