Job Title: Childcare Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine love of children, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of early years care, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of childcare staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and standards
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children
  • Implement and review curriculum-based programs
  • Liaise with parents, families, and external agencies

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the childcare service. This includes managing staffing levels, employee relations, and staff development, as well as assisting with strategic planning, funding applications, and reporting.

Essential Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in childcare, with 3 in a senior role
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Showcase proven leadership and HR experience
