About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Adult Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care, including assessment, treatment, and management of assigned caseloads.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to service users in a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters independence, personal development, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, treatments, and management of assigned caseloads
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care to service users
• Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence, personal development, and social inclusion

Requirements:

• Recognised professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
• CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Minimum 6 months' experience working in a disability service
• Clinical experience in the management of feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing disorders
• Hold a full driver's license with use of a car
