Job DescriptionThe EMEA Marketing team is comprised of 4 major dedicated field teams and a centralized team who work collaboratively to strategize, plan and execute on pan-EMEA campaigns, partner marketing, and events in collaboration with both global and local field teams. This senior leadership position will be responsible for leading a team of marketing experts across EMEA, providing coaching, mentorship and performance development, and inspiring and motivating reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 17 marketing experts across EMEA, providing guidance and support to drive business results.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for EMEA wide integrated campaigns, strategic events, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Oversee campaign management from brand awareness to demand generation to loyalty programs to drive business growth.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership, area marketing heads, and global marketing to translate regional business requirements into marketing strategies and campaign plans that deliver significant pipeline and revenue impact.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
