About the Role:

This pivotal role involves providing first-class service to customers, handling data uploads, report generation, and request handling for internal staff, suppliers, and supporters.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, ideally within a non-profit or charity setting, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.


The successful candidate will contribute to the success of Ghl Recruitment's campaigns and support team goals, and gain meaningful experience in the charity sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Manage administrative processes, including data uploads, report generation, and request handling
  • Contribute to core campaigns such as donor recruitment, telephone fundraising, direct marketing, tax back, and Legacy/In Memory initiatives
