  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in transportation project management, preferably in highway infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Masters' degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience working with intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and smart infrastructure technologies.
  • Familiarity with PPP contracts, NEC3 contract administration, and commercial risk management.
