About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our global engineering contractor team in Sweden.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile projects across Europe.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and valuations for mechanical works on major projects.
  • Analyze tender documents and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct contract administration including managing payments, variations, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control throughout all project phases.
  • Provide detailed reports on financial forecasts, cost control measures, and project performance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical quantity surveying, preferably within large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial management practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
