Leading Maintenance Engineer

A highly skilled and experienced Principal E&I Engineer – Maintenance is required to provide expert technical guidance on electrical & instrumentation issues during start-up and normal operations.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing direction and subject matter expertise on electrical & instrumentation matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and instrumentation, with experience in maintenance, calibration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Own the site calibration program, ensuring that all equipment is calibrated to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams, troubleshooting and resolving electrical & instrumentation issues.
- Liaise with health and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Level 8 Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in a maintenance/engineering role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to act independently, using good organizational skills.
- Proven ability to make good use of systems, procedures & processes.
