You will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice on pensions, funds, corporate law, and regulatory matters, acting as a key advisor to the board and senior leadership, ensuring legal and governance best practices.

Key requirements for success include 10+ years PQE, with a strong background in pensions, funds, and corporate law, qualified solicitor with a relevant law degree obtained, experience working in a regulated industry, ideally within financial services, proven ability to engage at board level and provide high-impact legal advice to senior executives, strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives, and proven ability to successfully manage large scale projects and lead teams on complex matters.
