Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring the safety of our customers and staff.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain site-specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager.
  • Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals' goals to enhance performance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Fulfill administration and management duties for the cleaning teams, rostering and recruiting operatives as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure site objectives are always met.

The Ideal Candidate Should Meet the Following Criteria:

  • Have the Right to Work in the ROI.
  • Prior experience in the cleaning sector is essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering effective customer service.
  • Demonstrate supervision capability.
  • Show ability to improve employee performance through training.
