The ideal candidate will have:
Technical Skills:
- Third-level degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering or equivalent scientific background.
- 5-10 years' experience in a management position as a Plant manager or as a Process engineer in water/wastewater treatment or in a related industry.
- Previous experience in maintenance management of mechanical and electrical equipment from heavy industry.
- Experience and understanding of SCADA and PLCs.
Leadership Qualities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
A company vehicle or car allowance will also be provided to support your commute and work requirements.
