Clinical Nurse Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our medical surgical team. This is a full-time contract.
- Fully registered with NMBI is essential
- Minimum 5 years post-registration acute general hospital experience required
- Effective leadership and communication skills necessary
- Proven clinical, auditing, and managerial experience preferred
- Management experience and qualification desirable
This role involves providing exceptional patient care, managing a team of nurses, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical surgical department.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality patient care, working in collaboration with the healthcare team
- To lead and manage a team of nurses, promoting a positive work environment
- To develop and implement effective nursing strategies, improving patient outcomes
- To maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- To contribute to the development of the medical surgical department, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
