Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst - Data Management to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the overall data migration strategy and approach, managing a team of data analysts, and ensuring coordination between the data migration team, functional teams, and IT development team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing large-scale SAP datasets, data change, and migration activities. They will also have deep functional knowledge of SAP data structures, elements, and concepts (ECC or S/4HANA).

About the Role

  • Develop the overall data migration strategy and approach
  • Manage a team of data analysts responsible for extraction, cleansing, transforming, and loading of data into new SAP systems
  • Ensure coordination between data migration team, functional teams, and IT development team is managed effectively
  • Plan and manage mock data migration activities for the programme, including user acceptance testing of migrated data
  • Assume ownership and responsibility for data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of data fields
