We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Laboratory Lead to join our Asset Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of QC analysts/technicians, including performance management and the execution of business processes to a high standard as monitored.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of GLP/GMP practices, a good working knowledge of laboratory instruments, and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Implement and maintain standards of GLP practice consistent with regulatory expectations.
  • Lead a team of QC analysts/technicians in performing laboratory tests and implementing procedures.
  • Ensure the validated status of LIMS/Empower systems and other relevant systems.

A BSc. (minimum) in science or a related discipline and 5+ years' experience in an analytical lab preferably with supervisory responsibilities are essential requirements for this role.
