Job Summary

A seasoned Precast Production Manager is required to spearhead the efficient production of precast concrete, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Daily Operations: Plan and execute daily production activities for precast concrete manufacturing, guaranteeing compliance with health & safety regulations.
  2. Maintain Quality Control Standards: Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet delivery timelines while adhering to environmental protocols.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for seamless project execution.
  4. Drive Process Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  5. Train and Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance in a fast-paced production environment.
  6. Troubleshoot Operational Challenges: Address operational challenges and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience in Precast or Concrete Manufacturing Management
  2. Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills
  3. Knowledge of Production Equipment and Quality Control Protocols
  4. Ability to Interpret Technical Drawings and Specifications
  5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities
