Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with adult clients and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Nursing Duties:
  • MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: Administering medication as prescribed by doctors
  • SEIZURE MANAGEMENT: Managing seizures and providing emergency care
  • PAIN MANAGEMENT: Assisting clients with pain management
  • DEMENTIA TRAINING: Providing training and support for clients with dementia
  • MOVING AND HANDLING/HOIST AND RE-POSITIONING: Safely moving and re-positioning clients
  • Skin integrity management: Maintaining client skin health
  • Professional boundaries/Confidentiality: Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
  • Working in the home environment/Lone worker: Working independently in the client's home
  • Infection control and disposal of clinical waste: Preventing the spread of infection and disposing of clinical waste properly
  • CPR: Performing CPR when necessary
Requirements
  • Current PIN issued by NMBI (required)
  • Previous experience working with children (required)
  • Willingness to undergo any training required (required)
  • All nurses must undergo Garda Vetting (required)
  • Nurses must register with the INMO or affiliated union (required)
  • Full immunizations and Vaccination history will need to be provided (required)
  • Full clean driving license desirable
