Business Tax Professional | Top Firm

Our esteemed client is a reputable professional services firm in Ireland seeking an ambitious Business Tax Professional to oversee a substantial client portfolio encompassing a diverse set of industries.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Partners and assume responsibility for managing a team in maintaining and developing the firm's relationship with clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships, including co-ordination of service offerings from other departments.
  • Working on a wide range of assignments to achieve client satisfaction and firm-wide financial goals.
  • Contributing towards collective targets for fee income, billing, net fee income, and cash collection.

The successful candidate will have prior managerial experience in delivering practical and innovative tax solutions for businesses. AITI qualified or a qualified accountant with 3-5 years post qualification experience is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be fluent in English. They will also have experience of working with Irish and International clients, providing innovative tax solutions and managing a portfolio of corporate tax and VAT compliance.

Experience of operational supervision of assignments and managing client relationships is also required. The successful candidate will have strong technical background, excellent organizational and planning capabilities, and ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure.
