About this role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of interaction with employees and management. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of the site and translating them into an HR agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure active sourcing of candidates to fill specialized positions in various functional areas.
- Drive the recruitment process from opening to close.
- Participate in the interview process, offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection.
Talent Acquisition
The successful candidate will have experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training. They will be able to analyze performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Employee Relations
This role requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure is also essential.
Performance Management
The HR Business Partner will support the development of employees through coaching, mentoring, and career planning. They will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner is required, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
