We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide medical support to our clients in their homes. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provides skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence
  2. Makes initial evaluation visits and regularly reevaluates patients' nursing needs
  3. Initiates plans of care and necessary revisions
  4. Coordinates services and communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  5. Counsels patients and families on meeting nursing and related needs
  6. Participates in in-service programs and stays up-to-date with industry developments
  7. Understands and adheres to established agency policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Michigan
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare
  • Kinnser - EMR experience preferred
