Job Title:

A dynamic professional sought to provide expert legal advice and support in a fast-paced environment, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and contractual negotiations.

  • Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial transactions with suppliers and clients, including master services agreements and other agreements.
  • Advise on legal issues related to back-to-back contracts, marketing matters, and compliance (Loi Sapin II, FCPA), HR, etc.

About the Role:

We are looking for a French qualified lawyer to join our Legal team based in Dublin, Ireland, to support our business primarily in France. The successful candidate will support our contract engagements in the commercial and public sectors and provide general legal advice on various matters.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial transactions, as well as providing legal advice on various matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advising on legal issues related to back-to-back contracts, marketing matters, and compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree in Law from a French University, a Lawyer's degree: an M2 in Law from a French University, and be fluent in English and French. You will also need to have at least 2 years of legal experience in private practice or in-house, with skills in commercial and contract law.
