Your primary focus will be on optimizing line settings, improving changeover processes, and developing problem-solving capabilities among operators. You will work closely with the line team to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance analytics tools to improve decision-making
  • Optimize line settings and changeover processes to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Lead SMED workshops to enhance the changeover process
  • Build problem-solving capabilities among operators
