Job Description
  • This role involves managing a caseload of children and adults residing in Nua Healthcare facilities, providing assessment, intervention, and evaluation of treatment programs across self-care, leisure, and productive occupations.
  • You will engage in interdisciplinary working with members of the clinical team, including Consultant Psychiatrists, Behaviour Specialists, Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Social Care Workers, and Assistance Support Workers, to meet the person-centered needs of service users.

You will be responsible for completing environmental assessments to ensure accessibility, carrying out reviews of service users' postural support needs, and conducting basic and complex seating assessments as required.

A key aspect of this role is promoting purposeful engagement in self-care, leisure, and productive pursuits for all age profiles, taking into account individual abilities and preferences.
