We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Change Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for defining requirements and managing change requests. Your expertise in process mapping and re-engineering will enable you to create efficient solutions that meet business objectives.
">Responsibilities:
">- Collate, understand, and document business requirements for change requests or review same from third parties.
- Create clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Analyse and document current (As Is) and proposed (To Be) business processes from an operational and system perspective.
- Map and re-engineer processes to create efficiencies.
- Present business benefits and articulate requirements at all levels, including senior management.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
- Liaise between the development team and the business.
- Gather requirements and create spike/change requests from incidents and errors.
- Ensure deliverables and documentation meet the Change Delivery Model standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in developing test plans and perform user acceptance testing where required to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- 8+ years' experience in Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering and Business Change roles, ideally in Financial Services.
- Experience in Financial Services and specifically Mortgages, Loans, or similar.
