Key Responsibilities

The Senior Governance & Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a culture of compliance within Financial Services activities.
  • Participating in 2LOD Compliance Risk Governance Committees and attending relevant 1LOD Governance Committees.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of comprehensive Compliance Policies.
  • Reviewing and updating existing Compliance Policies to reflect new or amended Regulatory Requirements / Standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current and emerging compliance risks, with practical experience in leading an effective control environment and the ability to benchmark and analyze various compliance risks.
