Job Summary

:
As a seasoned Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), by providing strategic leadership and expertise on CIAM-related policies, standards, and technical standards. Your deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CIAM will enable you to drive innovation and excellence in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities

:
1. Maintain a deep understanding of CIAM principles, technologies, and industry trends.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert on CIAM-related policies, standards, and technical standards, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
3. Manage the review and approval process for policy and standard changes, documenting and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
4. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams on CIAM matters, ensuring solutions meet standards.
5. Support the CIAM working group in preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
6. Track working group participation and document meeting minutes, including any votes and action items.
7. Present CIAM-related topics to business and other forums, including senior management.
8. Work to implement changes directed by the IAM Governance Council.
9. Supervise the implementation of monthly enterprise Key Control Indicators associated with department CIAM functions.

Requirements

:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field.
2. 8-10 years of extensive experience in CIAM functions or platforms.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively consult and influence stakeholders.
4. Ability to perform data analysis and reporting.

2. Experience with metric creation and analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of CIAM platforms and tools.
4. Relevant certifications are a plus.
