The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Young Adult Multidisciplinary Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying a social work caseload and providing a social work service to young adults aged between 17 years 6 months and 29 years 6 months with a disability and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide social work support to young adults with a disability and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support services.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as a Registered Social Worker.
- Possess a National Qualification in Social Work (NQSW).
- Registration in the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU.
- A valid full driving licence.
