Job Description

We are seeking a part-qualified accountant to fill a vacant role within our dynamic team in south Dublin.

The successful candidate will be based near Kimmage, where they will provide professional accounting and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the accounts team with various tasks, from planning to completion.
  • Identify any accounting matters and refer complex issues to managers and partners for further action.
  • Compile management accounts from incomplete records and present key information using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and manage relationships professionally.
  • Resolve client queries and plan workloads effectively to meet business needs.
  • Perform accounts preparation work on complex clients and handle corporate and personal tax compliance duties.
  • Prepare VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and complete other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified/qualified ACCA or ACA with a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Dependable and reliable individual who can work efficiently within a team environment.
