We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who can support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience;
  2. Managing stock levels, inventory control, and ensuring adequate supplies of merchandise;
  3. Maintaining high standards of shop floor presentation, cleanliness, and organization;
  4. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  5. Providing guidance and coaching to store team members to enhance their skills and performance;
  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  7. Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role in retail or a related industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team;
