Senior Construction Programme Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects in Cork city centre. You will work closely with the Planning Department to prepare detailed construction programmes and ensure that works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards and managing contractual issues to minimize risk to the company. Additionally, you will maintain good client and design team relations, attend client/design team meetings, and prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed construction programmes
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards
- Manage contractual issues to minimize risk to the company
- Maintain good client and design team relations
- Degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings / civils projects
- Proven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projects
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
