We are looking for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Limerick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services on various projects within the Life Sciences sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing capital cost estimates, assisting in tendering procedures, and commercial evaluation of all tender submissions. You will also be responsible for negotiation with tenderers and reporting to the Commercial Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical quantity surveying, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential, as is life science project experience.
