• Ensure every customer receives a personal and positive experience in-store.
  
• Familiarize yourself with our product range and current promotions.
  
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
  
• Contribute to our sustainability goals by implementing store policies and initiatives.
  
• Utilize available tools such as Assisted Selling and radio systems to enhance customer experience.
  
• Maintain clean and organized store support areas.
  
• Restock shelves, replenish stock and maintain displays to high standards.
  
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling.
  
• Be security-conscious within the store and stockrooms, monitoring potential shoplifters and following guidelines to deter theft.
  
• Take responsibility for personal development and seek opportunities for improvement.
  
• Operate till and handle financial transactions.
  

• A warm, friendly and outgoing personality is essential.
  
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills is highly desirable.
  
• Experience in retail environments, particularly with quality brands, is beneficial but not necessary.
  
• Initiative to undertake additional tasks as required.
