Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

This part-time position will work 3-4 days per week, with a total of 24 hours commitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including designs for flyers, catalogues, promotional materials, and signage.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute design strategies to meet client needs.
  • Deliver projects on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Liaise effectively between clients and internal teams, maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with printing industry practices is desirable.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work within a set schedule and use workflow systems for job tracking and scheduling.
  • Energetic, quick to learn, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
