As a Project Controls Department Manager, you will be responsible for delivering project controls across all projects. This role is key to the Operations leadership team and involves project reporting, control of indirect costs, project change management, project planning and scheduling, project cost estimating, equipment and contract procurement, and contract administration.

This is a senior-level position that requires a degree qualification and experience as a Project Controls Manager on industrial projects valued at 100m+. You must have strong analytical capabilities to assess project performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you should be able to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Indirect Cost Control: Ensure accurate tracking and control of indirect costs.
  • Project Change Management: Develop and implement project change management processes.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules and plans.
  • Project Cost Estimating: Conduct thorough project cost estimates.
  • Equipment and Contract Procurement: Source and procure equipment and contracts.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts from inception to closure.
Requirements:
  • Degree Qualified: Hold a degree qualification relevant to the role.
  • Experience: Have experience as a Project Controls Manager on industrial projects valued at 100m+.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Possess strong analytical capabilities to assess project performance and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills: Be able to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
