Your new employer is seeking a seasoned construction expert to oversee the internal fit-out of a major multi-million construction project in Athlone.

  • You will have at least 10 years' experience working for a large main contractor with previous experience managing large projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard.
">

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all materials on site, ensuring they are correct and ordered on time.
  • Reporting directly to the Project Manager.
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to.
  • Carrying out site inspections.
  • Co-ordinating site meetings and file reporting for senior management.
  • Handling and executing client requests.
  • Ensuring that quality standards are met.

You will need:

">
  • A Fit Out / Joinery background.
  • Experience of large Fit Out projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience on pharma projects or similar (a benefit).
  • The ability to manage and motivate site teams.
  • Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
