Cafe Manager Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cafe Manager to lead our cafe team. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee staff scheduling, performance, and development within the cafe.
  2. Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage cafe supplier relationships.
  3. Monitor and achieve daily cafe sales targets, labour costs, and margins.
  4. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations in the cafe.
  5. Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a welcoming, efficient atmosphere.
  6. Implement and maintain high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and service.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Cafe Manager, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food retail management role.
  • A strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff rotas.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
