Job Title: Financial Analyst Graduate Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in accounting, finance, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and purchase invoices to the general and subsidiary ledgers
  • Allocate bank payments and receipts accurately
  • Complete central billing docket matching for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, VAT, creditors, and debtors
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end accounts and reporting
  • Support the finance team with weekly KPI reports for clients
  • Conduct weekly store control and inventory checks
  • Respond to queries from internal teams or external clients and follow through to resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (training provided if required)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
