This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Accommodation Manager, overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel's accommodation services.

About the Role:
  1. Lead and motivate a high-performing housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
  2. Develop and implement effective rotas and staffing plans to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor stock levels and control costs while maintaining efficiency and productivity.
  5. Handle guest feedback professionally and take prompt action to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel environment.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a multicultural team.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle guest feedback effectively.
