About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced anti-money laundering (AML) professional to join our team as a specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor legal and regulatory communications and updates related to AML/CFT laws and regulations.
- Manage the compliance of our portfolio of investment funds with AML/CFT laws and regulations.
- Review and approve annual risk assessments and quarterly reports on compliance matters.
- Oversee, approve, and escalate financial crime concerns.
- Maintain a robust Compliance culture.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in a similar senior role.
- University degree (or equivalent qualification) and ideally with relevant Compliance or Legal qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulation in terms of AML/CTF for Irish and/or Luxembourg domiciled Funds and delegates.
- Eligibility for approval from the relevant authorities to act as a Compliance Officer.
