Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities

This is a challenging role for an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Leixlip, Kildare. As a Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, analysing and selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.

You will also manage and report of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document control. Additionally, you will liaise with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement. Furthermore, you will manage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issue.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects, preferably working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor. They should also possess a relevant 3rd level qualification, experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
