At our operations and maintenance team, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join us in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work on plant rounds, preventative and corrective maintenance, and plant repairs for utilities systems such as Water treatment, Waste Water neutralisation, Carbon Dioxide recovery, Nitrogen generation, Compressed air, and refrigeration systems
  • To review spare parts requirements and complete on-site and vendor training
  • Operation of site utilities in support of projects & commissioning
  • Assist in definition of site safety systems and liaise with the contract team, client engineering and equipment vendors to ensure maximum uptime of all utilities plant and equipment
  • Completion of all related documentation in compliance with site and regulatory rules and guidelines
  • Delivery of delegated engineering tasks in compliance with good engineering practice and all regulatory, statutory and corporate requirements
  • Keep training current in line with client's requirements, i.e. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • All work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) rules and guidelines
Requirements
  • Mechanical engineering degree or diploma desirable
  • 3+ years industrial experience in a similar role preferable
  • Electrical/Instrumentation Senior Trade, City & Guilds or equivalent
  • Senior Trades, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical
  • Experience in Pumps, HVAC Systems, Compressors, Boilers, steam systems and ancillary services, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Clean steam Boilers, Purified Water Systems, CIP systems, Low/Medium voltage Electrical Systems
Benefits
  • A shift position working 12 hour shifts with shift allowance and pattern is 4 days on 4 days off
