About the Role:

As a key member of our analytical laboratory project team, you will be working on various activities including test method validation, equipment validation, training and development of laboratory processes and SOPs. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful transfer of analytical projects in a new manufacturing facility.

Your Responsibilities:

">
  • Ensure adherence to all company EHS guidelines and procedures while actively participating in laboratory safety initiatives.
  • Develop and validate laboratory test methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the preparation and execution of the Project Validation Master Plan.
  • Prepare and compile reports generated from validation activities, as well as develop onboarding plans for future analysts.
  • Train colleagues on laboratory procedures, lead analytical method development/troubleshooting, and review laboratory data for accuracy.
  • Validate laboratory equipment, software, spreadsheets, and methods, performing routine testing as required.
  • Support site commercialization readiness and maintain lab fitness for audits.
  • E nsure compliance with quality, regulatory, and Pharmacopeia requirements.
  • Work within the Filtration 2.0 laboratory calibration and preventative maintenance system, providing technical support as needed.
  • Communicate laboratory project timelines and ensure timely completion of protocols, reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations using root cause analysis methodology and implement corrective actions.

Your Background:

We are seeking a candidate with a B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical environment. Experience in technical transfers, LIMS, Trackwise, MES, and SAP is an advantage. Additionally, Lean Six Sigma Training (Yellow Belt, Blue Belt, etc.) is desirable.
