Job Title: Data Annotation Specialist

A leading global technology company is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development of advanced language models. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accurately annotating data according to detailed guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content to ensure high-quality annotations.
  • Annotate large datasets following complex guidelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct research to identify patterns and insights from annotated data.
  • Provide feedback to enhance annotation processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, linguistics, or related fields.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and follow complex guidelines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not required.
