Job Overview

Become a litigation lead expert and take on complex challenges in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to address litigation matters, regulatory challenges, and contentious inquiries impacting global stakeholders.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison with external counsel, managing negotiations and interactions with opposing parties to protect interests.
  3. Provide commercially sound and forward-looking legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring understanding of intricate legal environments.
  4. Lead dispute resolution frameworks that align with broader business goals and risk management priorities.
  5. Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and managing critical litigation documents, including discovery responses and settlement agreements.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, offering guidance on a wide range of legal issues varying in complexity, sensitivity, and jurisdictional scope.
  7. Mentor legal talent by delivering targeted training sessions, enhancing overall legal literacy.
  8. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks within global operations, recommending solutions to emerging challenges.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution, preferably in technology, financial services, or cryptocurrency sectors.
  2. Significant international and cross-jurisdictional experience is highly advantageous.
  3. Proven track record of leading complex legal operations and managing high-stakes litigation matters globally.
  4. Exceptional command of English language, both written and spoken, with strong legal drafting and communication skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple high-priority matters simultaneously.
  6. Demonstrated experience handling regulatory inquiries, information requests, and internal investigations effectively.
  7. Strong interest and understanding of cryptocurrency industry and its regulatory landscape.
  8. Deep legal expertise combined with business acumen and people management capabilities.
  9. Hands-on approach with ability to independently lead complex projects and litigation strategies.
  10. Innovative mindset with ability to develop creative solutions to mitigate risks and resolve disputes efficiently.
