Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and safety-focused professional to oversee the commercial and technical management of our site-based project.

The ideal candidate will have responsibility for all on-site activities, ensuring that every task is completed in the safest possible manner, within specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and monitor construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
  • Review and understand design documentation, project programmes and construction methodologies for the assigned project.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment are fit for purpose and inspected as required.
  • Promote and reinforce positive behaviours to encourage a proactive safety culture on site.
  • Identify and address unsafe behaviours and defects.
  • Investigate incidents in accordance with policies.
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth operations and avoid conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least five years' experience working on multi-discipline site-based projects (mechanical, electrical, automation, commissioning).
  • At least five years' construction experience, preferably in a trade or supervisory role.
  • Valid Safe Pass Experience in the water/wastewater industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the water/wastewater industry, construction methodologies, equipment and processes is desirable.
