Role Summary:
The Senior Quality Assurance Director at Sterling Engineering Ltd - Ireland & Europe will be responsible for leading the company's quality strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing processes for continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of quality standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO) and manage audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee quality control systems and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits to ensure reliable supply chain management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing quality team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:
Senior quality leadership experience, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Certifications:
CQM, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or CQA preferred.

Skills:
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to drive quality excellence.
