About the Job

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clondalkin, Dublin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that our store is fully stocked, clean, and well-presented at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards, following freshness and rotation principles, and ensuring all waste is managed correctly.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum hourly rate of €14.80 rising to €16.90 after 3 years. You will also receive unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am), 20 days holidays per annum pro rata, and genuine opportunities for career development.
