Retail Team Leader Job Summary:

As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of stock counters and ensuring that stock counts are completed accurately.

">

You will travel to different client sites each day, working independently with minimal supervision. The shifts' lengths vary, and flexibility is required. Your goal is to ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered across all sites.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for monitoring team productivity and making improvements where possible.

You will also be expected to manage your team effectively, contribute to the financial wellbeing of colleagues by promoting Wagestream, and ensure that all sites meet customer service standards.
