Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales and operational efficiency while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

With a strong focus on supporting the branch manager and team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets and ensuring a first-class service to all customers
  • Managing daily branch operations, including warehouse and customer delivery teams
  • Maximizing branch efficiencies and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Inventory control, managing customer and supplier returns, stock takes, and audits
  • Delivering high standards of health and safety

You will also be responsible for managing cash handling, assisting with local customer accounts and debts, and implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
